The Matcha Bar
Ceremonial-grade matcha poured from the tap rather than whisked to order — which is how we serve a whole room without a queue forming. Every cup is finished with a flavoured cream foam.

Our espresso machine comes with us and a barista pours the full hot menu to order for your whole service window. Iced lattes sit on the same menu, and can be finished with a flavoured cold foam if you'd like them dressed up.

- A flat, undercover space — the cart is 2.7m long and needs 1.5m clear behind it.
- One 10-amp outlet within 10m. No plumbing needed.
- We arrive 90 minutes before service and pack down within 45 minutes of finishing.

With additional extras we design a menu board to match your palette, colour-match the cart accents, and print sticker logos for the cups. Everything reads as yours first, ours second.
